In Brief!
We are an amateur society, run totally by volunteers, bringing live theatre to you at a reasonable price. We usually perform several plays a year along with our traditional family pantomime. If you have any questions about booking tickets, payment, insurance, seating, special needs, in fact anything please read the information on the Book Tickets page before messaging. We have tried to include answers to the most popular enquiries (there are a lot of them) here to save you time. Being staffed entirely by volunteers, we may not be able to deal with your enquiries immediately, so we hope that you will find the answers here a little faster
TLT does not accept any form of card/mobile banking payments at the theatre (or over the phone), we regret that we are 'cash only', except via our on-line booking service, so please bring along some good old fashioned money to buy your refreshments, programmes, raffle tickets etc. To find the nearest cash dispenser (ATM), go up Lemon Street and turn right on to Elliott Street. The ATM is situated about 20 mtrs along on the right, charges may be made.

PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY TO AVOID ANY CONFUSION
After the success of this service during out 2025/26 season, we are continuing with the TicketSource 'Telephone Box Office' service. This should not be confused with the usual TLT General Enquiry Line enquiry number. The TicketSource 'Telephone Box Office' enables you to phone TicketSource directly to book your tickets over the phone using your credit/debit card, a service which TLT cannot offer on our General Enquiry Line number. The system is similar to booking on-line and is ideally suited to patrons who find booking via the internet difficult for whatever reason. We must stress that this TicketSource service should only be used for booking tickets as their staff will not be able to answer any general questions about the production, the theatre, facilities, parking etc., or deal with any problems. For problems or general enquiries you should still use the TLT General Enquiry Line number, email tickets@tlt.org.uk or read the Frequently Asked Questions section at the bottom of the bookings page - Click Here
TicketSource'Telephone Box Office'number is 0333 666 3366 (Bookings Only) and is only open when tickets for a partitcular production are on sale
Lines are open - Monday to Friday 9:00am to 7:00pm (excluding bank holidays) - Saturday 9:00am to 5:00pm - Closed Sunday. Lines close for bookings 2 hours before the performance start time
The TicketSource serviceuses a local rate 03 telephone number, which means that calls should be included in a bundled calls package/contract. Normal call costs range from - up to 16p per minute (landlines) or 3p to 65p per minute (mobiles) depending on your telephone service provider*
