ENQUIRIES

Please note that our general enquiries telephone line number is 07845 105195. Jenny who runs our box office is not available 24 hours a day and you will probably get through to her voicemail. Please leave a message or better still, send a text, and she will respond as soon as possible, but please be patient. If you wish to email her directly, please email tickets@tlt.org.uk which will go directly into her email box. Do not use this number to attempt to buy tickets, please see below

If you experience difficulties of any kind in booking tickets, please email tickets@tlt.org.uk - To find details of our 2025/26 season click here.

COVID/FLU/CANCELATION ETC.

It may now feel to be long ago, but there may still be problems for some patrons caused by the new Covid strains or even older problems like flu, so please read the details on cancellation/insurance in the F.A.Q section below carefully

BOOKING

Go down this page to the 'Upcoming Events'area and click on the 'Show Event'link for the event you are interested in. This will open the window for the event chosen. When tickets go on sale a 'Book Now' icon (or similar) is visible for each performance. If you see 'Details Coming Later'or 'Coming Soon'then tickets are not yet generally on sale but if the 'Coming Soon' message is showing, there will normally be a date displayed when sales begin (you might need to refresh your screen), please do not try to book before the date shown. Click on the 'Book Now'icon to book for the dates you want (please make sure that you book for the correct date and seating area for both yourself and ALL of your party!!). All tickets are £8.00 (plus a 56 pence booking fee) each (no concessions) and are not returnable. Please make sure that your payment card is valid and in date, but have a backup card to hand just in case of problems. Your 'e-tickets' will be sent directly to you by e-mail (watch out for them arriving and check your 'spam' file) to the email address which you have given. You also have the option of having your tickets posted out to you for an extra fee, this fee is not refundable in the case of any cancellation. We feel that there is no need to go to this expense (although the tickets are pretty!!) as we will have a full list of all bookings at the box office desk at the performance. Please also note that due to the new Royal Mail delivery schedules, tickets can take up to 10 days to arrive by post. You can print off your 'e-tickets' but, if you don't have a printer, don't worry, just bring along your mobile device to the performance and show your 'e-ticket' to our front of house team who will be pleased to show you to your seats.... it all works for us!!!

When booking, our on-line booking system may NOT allow you to leave a single empty seat within a row - this is normal

IMPORTANT - It is recommended that you use a laptop computer or PC. The use of a mobile device with a poor/slow/intermittant internet connection or wifi system may cause problems, especially when you come to pay, due to the security routines used by card companies. If your booking 'freezes' or fails for any reason, you may have to wait for up to 20 minutes for your failed booking to clear the system. However, if you do wait for your original choices to come available again you may lose them entirely to someone else, so we suggest that you re-try on a secure connection and book different seats. Do not use your browser's 'back' button as it may lock you out of the system!!!

Tickets for our previous productions, especially our pantos, have sold quickly so please BOOK AS SOON AS POSSIBLE don't 'leave it 'til later'

For technical reasons, on-line/'Telephone Box Office' bookings cease 2 hours before the performance start time. However, please feel free to come along and take a chance 'on the door', but we cannot guarantee the availabilty of any seats. You can also try phoning/texting the TLT 'TGeneral Enquiry Line' number, but as you can appreciate, on performance nights we are a bit busy!

WE CONTINUE THIS NEW SERVICE - PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY TO AVOID CONFUSION

Following on from the success of the TicketSource 'Telephone Box Office' service during bookings for our 2026 production of 'Shirley Valentine', we are making this a permanent fixture (please watch out for the dates when tickets will be availalble). This service should not be confused with the usual TLT 'General Enquiry Line' number. The TicketSource booking number is 0333 666 3366 and enables you to contact TicketSource directly to book your tickets over the phone using your credit/debit card, a service which TLT cannot offer on our 'Gemeral Enquiry Line' number. The system is similar to booking on-line and is ideally suited to patrons who find booking on-line difficult for whatever reason. We must stress that the TicketSource 'Telephone Box Office' should only be used for booking tickets as their staff will not be able to answer any general questions about the production, the theatre, facilities, parking etc. For any problems or general enquiries you should use the TLT 'General Enquiry Line'number or email tickets@tlt.org.uk

The TicketSource Telephone Box Office number uses an 03 telephone number, which means that calls should be included in your mobile bundled calls package. Other call costs range from up to 16p per minute (landlines) or 3p to 65p per minute (mobiles) depending on your telephone service provider*

Lines are open from the dates which we will list - Monday to Friday 9:00am to 7:00pm (excluding bank holidays) - Saturday 9:00am to 5:00pm - Closed Sunday. Lines close for bookings 2 hours before the performance start time

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

Over time, our patrons have asked us many questions which we hope we have answered in the 'FAQ' section below the bookings portal. For your own peace of mind, please read them before you book. They are there to help you and prevent problems when booking.

We do NOT recommend ANY of our productions for any child under the age of three years old, including pantomimes

Tickets for 'Blithe Spirit' will go on sale on-line and via the TicketSource 'Telephone Box Office' (0333 666 3366) on 5th September 2026

(bookings will cease 2 hours before performance start times)
